Making A Purchase
Browse our store pages. When you find a product that you wish to buy, enter the Quantity required, and then click the Add to Cart button. Where the product is available in several variations (e.g. product Colour, product size or pack size), you may enter a Quantity for each variation required, and then click the Add Selected to Cart button.
Each time you add products to the cart, the current shopping cart contents is displayed. Here, you can change product quantities, or remove a product from the cart. If you wish to purchase further products, then click the Continue Shopping button on the cart page. At any stage during product selection, you can see the current shopping cart contents by clicking the View Cart link at the top-right of most pages.
After you have finished your product selections, click 'Go to Checkout' and you will be asked for Name, Address and Contact details, which we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Credit and Debit card payments, e.g. Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard. See Credit Card Security below.
If you do not wish to pay online, you may send a cheque payment by post, though this will incur further delays, as goods must be paid for in full before they are dispatched.
We do not charge for any product until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, for secure online payments. Chichester Packaging employs the SellerDeck Payments processing system, providing full PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, the data security standard for merchants who accept credit cards online. SellerDeck Payments is powered by CreditCall, a robust and reliable Payment Gateway.
We guarantee your satisfaction with the quality products supplied by Chichester Packaging. If you need to return any product, please refer to our Returns Policy below.

In these circumstances we reserve the right to provide a suitable replacement or remake the goods to your satisfaction.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
